Arnie is an Honours graduate of the George Brown College Prosthetics and Orthotics program. He’s had experience in several clinical and technical settings, including Toronto’s Sick Kids Hospital, and has acquired a high degree of expertise in orthotic fabrication, shoe modification and lab management. He’s worked collaboratively with many clinicians in the field, helping them find solutions to specific design challenges. Arnie is our “first responder” when it comes to our clients’ technical needs and enquiries, and sees it as his role to help determine the most effective and suitable technical strategy when addressing an individual patient’s orthotic treatment plan.
Arnie’s background in computer graphics has helped him excel in CAD CAM orthotic design. With a sharp eye, and extensive theoretical understanding of biomechanics, Arnie is our lead orthotic designer. He also supervises the computer generated milling of our orthotic moulds, and is deeply involved in our quality control process. He’s committed to deliver custom fitted orthotic devises with the degree of accuracy and precision our clients have grown to expect. Arnie is a member of the Ontario Association of Prosthetists and Orthotists.
In his spare time, Arnie continues to paint as a creative outlet, and has a passion for homemade cocktail bitters.
